Our standard order processing time is 2–4 business days. Business days are Monday to Friday and exclude weekends and public holidays.
Shipping & Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and dispatched, the estimated shipping and delivery timeframe is usually 7–12 business days.
This timeframe may vary depending on your destination, courier movement, customs checks, public holidays, weather conditions, and local delivery volume.

Tracking Details

Customs & Local Delivery
Depending on the destination country, orders may pass through customs before final delivery. Customs processing times vary and may occasionally extend the delivery timeframe.
After customs clearance, the parcel may be transferred to a local courier for final delivery.
Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. Missing apartment numbers, incorrect postal codes, or incomplete delivery details may cause delays.
